Hi, I'm Zak!
Education Campaigner | Public Speaker
I’m an education campaigner and public speaker passionate about youth empowerment, social equity, and systems change. Through policy, governance, and community action, I aim to tackle educational inequality and expand access to opportunity for all.
Recognised by the BBC and Forbes for my advocacy work, my journey began at 14 when I hosted a drive-time radio show to make current affairs more accessible to young people. At 15, I was named Debate Champion in my hometown of Luton, refining my voice in public discourse. I later launched the ‘Knife Stop’ campaign with Bedfordshire Police — a youth-led initiative on community safety that was featured nationally on BBC Look East.
I’ve carried out local work in Luton, including leading an employability campaign for a community charity and hosting workshops to upskill and support young people preparing for the world of work. I’ve also served on the Youth Advisory Board for Apps for Good, advancing digital education and tech accessibility, and represented the UK as a Youth Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, working alongside figures such as Sadiq Khan, Rishi Sunak, and HRH Prince Edward.
As a member of the European Youth Parliament representing the UK, I contribute to cross-border dialogue and collaboration on key issues affecting young people across Europe.
Currently, I’m pursuing a law degree while building my initiative, Educate2Youth — a platform dedicated to empowering young people through education, storytelling, and outreach. I’m especially interested in career paths in policy, diplomacy, governance, law, and consultancy.
I’m always open to connecting with individuals and organisations that share a commitment to meaningful, lasting change.
Let’s connect and collaborate!
